Open-Prod is born from the will to create a flexible, ergonomics and evolving solution dedicated to the industrial sector. The ergonomics and the wide range of features of our manufacturing software ERP already convinced customers around the world.

THE ERP Open-Prod integrates a CAPE (Computer-aided Production Engineering) to plan and monitor your production.

Prod was developed by experienced manufacturers with a hands-on approach to production management. It allows planning and monitoring of production, comparing forecast and real costs. THE ERP offers a simple interface for workshops, allowing operators to easily seize manufacturing data and follow production progress.

Backtracking is possible in case of errors or premature validation. You can cancel your actions. Open-Prod updates and propagates changes in real time. In case of oversight or cancellation by mistake, the system automatically recreates the missing action and asks you to validate it.

This model leads to a long-term editor-integrator-client relationship which benefits all involved.
The source code (“recipe”) of Open-Prod is
shared and ensures transparency and sustainability of the CAPE ERP.

Unlike a proprietary ERP, no license is necessary to use Open-prod. Part of your initial budget can be invested in the customization of your Open-Prod version to adapt it perfectly to your company’s processes. Its economic model is based on the service provision with high added value of our integrators. The remuneration mode is ” Pay-as-you-use “, the most ideal and fair.

The software architecture of Open-Prod is based on a modern structure : Model-View-Controller (MVC) is at the heart of mobile and web applications. Three elements are interconnected while being independent which allows great RELIABILITY of the system.

The visible part of the interface.

The Controller

It handles the requests of the user. It changes the data of the Model and the View.
