Our ERP facilitates sales management: quotes, follow-ups, deliveries, invoices. The Sales process is completely integrated in the system. With Open-Prod, it is possible to manually or automatically launch a sale order. As in the case of a Purchase, you can analyze sales data by creating your dashboards and charts and exporting them to spreadsheets. Sales documents are customizable and can be automatically sent by email.
Sales opportunities are integrated to a before sale CRM tool until the closing of the sale.
